Construction on Donald Trump’s White House ballroom has been temporarily halted by a judge.

In a 33-page ruling, Judge Richard Leon said the building work would not be allowed to resume until the president got a go-ahead from Congress.
The legal challenge was brought by the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
Trump rejected the judge’s ruling and said he would appeal.
