Trump tells Putin to end Ukraine war in 50 days or face tariffs

President Trump has said more Patriot air defence systems will be delivered to Ukraine, via Nato, claiming the first weapons could arrive within days.

Speaking after talks with the Nato chief Mark Rutte, Mr Trump declared he was "very unhappy" with Russia.

If there was no ceasefire in Ukraine in 50 days, he said, he would impose 100% secondary tariffs – hitting those who do business with Moscow like China and India.
