Trump wades into immigration debate as he arrives in Scotland | ITV News

US President Donald Trump called Prime Minister Keir Starmer a "good man" as he arrived in Scotland to begin a five-day visit, his first to the UK since being re-elected

He also criticised European countries over migration, saying they need to “get your act together”, and described it as an “invasion” that is “killing Europe”.

Despite his recent efforts, questions about Trump’s relationship with paedophile billionaire Jeffrey Epstein and the release of the Epstein files followed the president to Scotland.

Reporters on the tarmac at Prestwick asked about Ghislaine Maxwell – and the Epstein files.

And as Trump’s motorcade made its way to his golf course at Turnberry, people standing along the route held up protest signs related to the Epstein questions.

He dismissed questions about whether he might pardon Epstein’s associate Ghislaine Maxwell, who is serving time in a Florida prison for sex trafficking – but did not rule it out.
