Donald Trump is "the only one who can get it done" says Nato Secretary General Mark Rutte on the US President ending Russia’s war in Ukraine.

Trump is expected to hold an emergency meeting with Rutte later today.
Russia has warned of a nuclear clash with Nato over its war in Ukraine, which shows no sign of abating after President Trump’s promised meeting with Vladimir Putin was shelved yesterday.
Following that announcement, Russia launched a wave of strikes, and this morning hit a daycare centre in Kharkiv. One man was killed and a number of children injured.
