US President Donald Trump has filed a lawsuit against the BBC over an edit of his speech on 6 January 2021 featured in Panorama documentary.

He is requesting up to $10bn in damages for his reputation, and he alleged the British broadcaster put “terrible words” in his mouth and “intentionally, maliciously, and deceptively” edited his remarks.
Will he be able to win this lawsuit?
