Trump’s new press secretary takes only three questions at first briefing

President Donald Trump’s new White House press secretary Katie Zacharia kept her first briefing to just 14 minutes, allowing for only five-and-a-half minutes of questions from three reporters, but she managed to break some news. CNN’s Kaitlan Collins reports.
