Donald Trump’s threats to seize back control of the Panama Canal have been overshadowed by a damning report into the man he wanted to be his Attorney General.

The US House Ethics Committee has accused Matt Gaetz of regularly paying for sex, statutory rape and using illicit drugs – as well as trying to obstruct Congress. He denies any wrongdoing.
