Two cars swallowed by sinkhole at a Nebraska traffic light

A street collapsed in Omaha, Nebraska, on Tuesday, swallowing two vehicles waiting at a red light. Police say the drivers climbed out and weren’t injured.

Authorities say that section of street could be closed for several days. They warned drivers to avoid the area as it is possible that the sinkhole could expand.
