Two people have died and three others are in a serious condition following an attack on a synagogue in Crumpsall, Greater Manchester.

As people were gathering outside Heaton Park synagogue this morning for Yom Kippur – the holiest day in the Jewish calendar – the attacker went on a rampage with a car before stabbing victims.
The suspect has been shot by police and is believed to be dead, says Greater Manchester Police.
