Two shot dead in Brussels terror attack as football fans held in stadium| ITV News

Thousands of football fans were held in a stadium in Brussels after two Swedish nationals were shot dead in what’s been described as a terror attack.

Belgium has raised its terror alert to the highest level in the capital city and to its second-highest level for the country following the attack earlier this evening, the OCAD anti-terror centre has said.

The shooter is still believed to be at large.
