Typhoon Dujuan brings torrential rain to Japan

At least four people have died and over 1.9 million people have been urged to evacuate in Japan as Typhoon Dujuan battered Tokyo and the east coast of Honshu. The typhoon has brought floods and torrential rain. Tens of thousands of people losing power, with numerous flights and trains also cancelled.
