Typhoon Ragasa made landfall in mainland China.

Chinese officials have issued a red alert in Guangdong province where close to two million people have been evacuated.
Earlier the typhoon hit the Philippines and eastern Taiwan leaving at least 17 dead.
But this typhoon isn’t done yet. After China, Ragasa will race on to Vietnam and Laos tomorrow where millions more people will be in it’s path.
