U.S. given permission to use two British bases to attack Iranian missile sites

Sir Keir Starmer has given permission for the U.S. to use two British bases for defensive purposes as the conflict with Iran continues.

The prime minister has given America access to the Diego Garcia and RAF Fairford military bases, Sky News understands.

The prime minister said he believes that "the only way to stop the threat is to destroy the missiles at source" and the U.S. will be allowed to use the bases for this specific purpose.
