US Central Command said more than 80 targets were struck in the latest operation against Iran. The strikes triggered an explosion at the port of Bandar Abbas, where a fire continues to burn.
In response, Iran said it targeted US military sites in Kuwait and Bahrain.
Speaking at the NATO summit, Donald Trump said the ceasefire is "over", adding that "it’s just a waste of time dealing with them".
