UAW strike: Bernie Sanders commends 'fight against corporate greed’

Vermont senator Bernie Sanders has said US motor workers are ‘fighting against corporate greed’ in approval of the biggest auto strike in decades.

Speaking to UAW members at a rally in Detroit, Michigan, Sanders said it was reasonable for employees from the biggest US auto companies – Ford, Stellantis and General Motors – to get a ‘fair share of the record-breaking profits’.
