UK and US in Kyiv for key talks

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and British Foreign Secretary David Lammy are in Kyiv, discussing Ukraine’s goals in the war with Russia.

Their joint trip follows hints from President Biden that the US may lift restrictions on Ukraine using US-supplied long-range weapons against Russia. The Kremlin has said it will respond "appropriately" if the US allows Ukrainian missile strikes on Russia.
