UK Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper is asked by Sky’s Siobhan Robbins if it’s time to get tougher on Russia.
It comes after it was revealed that a Russian spy ship is currently on the edge of UK waters.
The defence secretary John Healey said it was the second time that the ship, the Yantar, had been deployed to the area.
