Suella Braverman has said the government will ‘explore all options’ to remove asylum seekers from the UK, including sending them to ‘safe countries’ such as Rwanda, after recently enacting the Illegal Migration Act.
Asked about reports that ministers planned to fit asylum seekers arriving in the UK via unauthorised means with electronic tags, she said: ‘We’re exploring a range of options, all options.’
