UK government ‘very concerned’ about Israel's planned offensive in Rafah

Cameron said many people in Rafah had already fled from other areas of Gaza and said there was nowhere else for them to go. Israel’s prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, has claimed Israel will be moving forward with the ground campaign but has insisted that plans are still being worked on.
