Prime minister Sir Keir Starmer is in Germany to launch negotiations on a new treaty to boost business and trade.
It will be the fifth time he has met with Chancellor Olaf Scholz since the general election.
After Berlin, Sir Keir will visit Paris where he will meet with President Emmanuel Macron.
