Some far-right activists who are found guilty of rioting should be prosecuted as terrorists, a government minister has told Sky News.
Housing minister Jim McMahon said it was "right" they be prosecuted if the Crown Prosecution and intelligence services agree that’s the right course of action
Neil Basu, Britain’s former head of counter-terrorism, said on Tuesday that rioters who deliberately target those "they detest…against people and property with a racial cause" should face terrorism charges.
