Cabinet Office minister Pat McFadden talks to Sky News about whether the British government will consider its designation of the group that led the Syrian rebellion as a terrorist organisation.
He told Kay Burley a decision had not yet been made over the proscription of Hayat Tahrir al Sham (HTS), but it needs to be made "quickly".
