Ukraine fires US missiles at Russia

Ukraine has fired US-made long-range Atacms missiles into the country, a day after President Joe Biden gave permission to use them.

The Kremlin says six missiles were fired and five were shot down, with a military facility in Russia damaged.

Russia calls the attack a ‘western escalation.’
