Ukraine is ‘geared up for clear and honest work’ says Zelenskyy after US peace plan

In his nightly video address, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine was ready to develop a peace plan to end Russia’s invasion of his country. ‘The American side presented its proposals: the points of a plan to end the war, their vision,’ he said, after being presented with draft proposals reportedly drawn up by Russian and US officials, with support from Donald Trump. He added that Ukraine needed ‘real, dignified’ peace, and said he would not issue rash statements on the negotiations
