Ukrainian peace talks are underway in Florida where the U.S. secretary of state Marco Rubio says he expects "more progress" towards a deal to bring an end to the war.
Sky’s Michael Clarke says that Russians won’t back away from the 28 point peace plan. "The Russians are sticking to that," he says. "They might make some minor concessions, but I don’t think there’s much chance that they will come along with 19 point peace plan."
"Americans will take this moment of political weakness in Ukraine to make them sign something which in other circumstances they would ever dream of signing," he adds.
