Russia has attacked more energy infrastructure in more Ukrainian cities as temperatures fall as low as -16 Celsius.
Tens of thousands of people in Odesa are now without power – while Zhytomyr in central Ukraine came under attack this morning. Workers are still trying to repair two power plants on the left bank of Kyiv where officials say the situation remains "extremely difficult".
