Joe Biden has approved a new support package for Ukraine, after meeting with Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Washington.
The Ukrainian President thanked his counterpart for the package – worth over $300million (£244million).
President Biden also confirmed the delivery of the first US M1 Abrams tanks to Ukraine next week – along with a boost to the country’s air defences.
