Ukraine war: two years on, Russia hit with new sanctions

President Biden says the sanctions against Russia are in response to "aggression abroad and repression at home."

Tomorrow it will be two years since the invasion – the toll on Ukraine evident from those first deadly hours right up to today, with the deaths of three people in a drone attack.

In Russia it was a national holiday celebrating the army.
