The UN’s chief human rights spokesperson Ravina Shamdasani spoke to ITV News as world leaders prepared to discuss Ukraine in Washington DC on Monday.
US President Donald Trump will be meeting Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the White House, alongside UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and other European leaders.
Shamdasani also had stark warnings on Gaza and Sudan.
