Sky’s military analyst Michael Clarke has outlined what he thinks could be three possible strands to Donald Trump’s "major statement" coming later today.
He believes the elements are likely to include sanctions, the supply of Patriot Defence batteries and other offensive weapons.
Clarke says that if Trump does come out with a new weapons deal for Ukraine, it would mark a notable shift in his position.
