Ukraine’s president has said his country would not accept the outcome of talks between the US and Russia if his country was not involved. Zelenskyy was on an official visit to the United Arab Emirates where he told reporters that he was not informed of the scheduled talks between the US and Russia in Riyadh and that his government would not recognise decisions that did not involve Ukraine
