Ukrainian nationals arrested over alleged pro-Russian sabotage plot | DW News

Authorities in Germany have arrested three Ukrainian nationals allegedly working for Russia. Prosecutors believe they were planning arson and explosive attacks on railway freight transport and that they had contact with Russian state institutions.
