The United Nations is calling the bloodshed in the Sudanese city of El-Fasher a "stain on the international community", and says action should have been taken earlier to stop the violence. Thousands of people have been killed and over 12 million displaced in the ongoing war between Sudan’s army and the Rapid Support Forces paramilitary group.
