Unemployed young people must ‘step up’, chancellor says

UK Chancellor Rachel Reeves has urged the almost one million young people who are out of work, training or education to "step up".

She was speaking to ITV News Reporter Lewis Denison after announcing an expansion to Heathrow Airport.
