The U.S. Coast Guard is pursuing another oil tanker in international waters near Venezuela having already seized two over the past fortnight.
It’s a significant escalation in President Trump’s efforts to put pressure on Venezuela’s government, which he accuses of using oil money to fund drug-related crime.
Venezuela’s President, Nicolas Maduro, denies running a narco-state.
