A US judge has blocked the deportation of a five-year-old boy detained by ICE agents in Minnesota.
Last week, there was widespread outrage when Liam Ramos and his father were taken to a detention center in Texas. But now the pair cannot be deported while legal action challenging their detention continues.
US Congressman Joaquin Castro visited them both and is calling for their freedom.
Homeland Security has defended its arrests – saying it was conducting a "targeted operation".
