The U.S. health secretary has scrapped $500m of vaccine funding.
Vaccine-sceptic Robert F Kennedy JR, known as RFK, pulled funding for jabs to fight viruses like COVID-19 and flu. He says the country will now focus on ‘safer, broader vaccine strategies, like whole virus vaccines’.
