An Iranian warship off the coast of Sri Lanka has been torpedoed by a US submarine killing most on board, with Iraq, Turkey and the Gulf states all targeted by Iran as the Middle East war spreads around the world.

On day five of the war, more of the world is being affected every day, militarily, economically and geopolitically.
It is also extracting more human cost by the hour, with casualties piling up in Iran and Lebanon as Israel extends its incursion into the south in pursuit of Iran’s ally Hezbollah.
America denied claims its precision weapons are being depleted and said it can beat Iran in a war of attrition.
Meanwhile, Iran’s president has appealed tonight to the heads of neighbouring states, saying that US and Israeli aggression left it with no choice but to defend itself and Iranian commanders announced they were broadening the range of targets.
