Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has praised Joe Biden and hit out at pro-Palestinian protesters in an address to both chambers of Congress.
Meanwhile, hundreds of demonstrators gathered near the Capitol in protest against the Mr Netanyahu visit to the United States, with police using pepper spray on some.
