US special envoy visits Gaza

The US Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff has arrived in Gaza to visit a food distribution hub in Rafah, along with the US ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee.

The pair are being taken to see several sites run by the Israel and US backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation on a facility with the Israeli military.

The UN says more than 1,300 Palestinians have been killed trying to access humanitarian aid.
