US to give $8bn of military aid, including precision guided bombs, to Ukraine

US President Joe Biden has announced more than $8 billion of military aid including precision guided bombs, to help Ukraine in the war against Russia.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy is due to unveil what he calls a "victory plan" later at a meeting with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
