President Trump’s new man in charge of the anti-immigration operation in Minneapolis has set out a change in tone if not intention.
In his first news conference in the job, Tom Homan hinted things could have been done differently in the past. Not everything is perfect, he said
He held out the prospect of reducing the number of immigration agents in the city; all of this meant to reduce local opposition to the operation.
