Uzbek citizen arrested over killing of Russian general in Moscow

Russia’s intelligence agency has said that an Uzbek citizen has been arrested over the killing of a senior general in Moscow, and claim he was offered the equivalent of £79,000 by Ukraine to carry out the bombing.
