Sky’s chief correspondent Stuart Ramsay, has described the scene in Caracas following a series of explosions in Venezuela.
He said: "Some of the pictures I’ve seen show some chaos there, people out on the streets".
Ramsay notes that "we don’t know if this is even the United States", but that "the feeling is that it looks like it is".
