Venezuelans 'living in a total blackout' after US launches strikes and captures Maduro

Journalist Rosali Hernandez has spoken to Sky News from Caracas, the capital of Venezuela, where she says residents are struggling to access food, electricity and the internet following US strikes.

She warns that people are "living in a total blackout" and "don’t know what is really happening" after the US launched strikes on the country and captured Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro.

US President Donald Trump has said America will "run" Venezuela until a "safe, proper and judicious" transition can take place, but there is some confusion over who is really in charge.
