‘Very unhappy with Russia’: Donald Trump announces scheme to build more weapons for Ukraine

US President Donald Trump has pledged to build more weapons for Ukraine, saying he is "very unhappy" with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

In a joint press conference with Nato Secretary General Mark Rutte, Trump said the US would build "top of the line" weapons, which Nato would pay for and distribute.

"We make the greatest military equipment in the world," Mr Trump said.
