Veteran architect Norman Foster has spoken to Sky News about his plans for Manchester United’s new stadium and his national memorial to the late Queen.
The 90-year-old’s firm Foster + Partners is set to undertake both designs in the coming years.
When asked about his plans for Old Trafford and returning to his working class roots in Manchester, he said: "It’s the project of a lifetime. The fanbase is incredible and so many things can naturally ride on the back of that sporting, emblematic team."
