Video appears to show moment before bomb kills Russian General

Video obtained by CNN appears to show the moment before a bomb planted in an electric scooter detonated outside an apartment building in Moscow, killing Lt. Gen. Igor Kirillov, who headed Russia’s radiological, biological and chemical protection forces. The blast came a day after Ukrainian prosecutors sentenced Kirillov in absentia for Russia’s use of banned chemical weapons during its invasion.
