A video from the news agency Reuters shows an Israeli strike levelling a building in the Tayouneh neighbourhood of Beirut.

A large fireball and smoke can be seen billowing from the site. The strike came 50 minutes after an Israeli evacuation warning for the densely packed neighbourhood, which includes residential blocks, businesses and a police centre. Israel said the building was a Hezbollah facility
