WATCH: Clapham High Street RAMPAGE as locals DESPAIR state of London in SHOCK footage of youths

The Metropolitan Police has issued a stern warning to the young people involved in the disorder in Clapham, South London, yesterday, as there will be a "robust and visible" policing plan in place this afternoon. Police have warned more arrests will take place over the coming days as CCTV and body camera video is assessed. The force has also made clear that anyone involved in similar events or trying to promote them will be dealt with a zero-tolerance approach.
